Currency & Fees

All orders, including orders shipped to Canada, are charged in U.S. dollars (USD).

SuperBox.center does not charge additional payment processing fees. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may apply currency conversion or other applicable fees under their own terms.

Payment Timing

Full payment is charged when you complete checkout, including for pre-orders. Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

For pre-orders, please review the estimated shipping date on the product page before purchasing.

Secure Payments

Payments are handled through PayPal’s secure payment processing system. Any applicable PayPal Purchase Protection is subject to PayPal’s eligibility requirements and terms.

Order Confirmation

After successful payment, we send an order confirmation email containing your purchase details.

If you cannot find it, check your spam or junk folder. Contact us if you still need assistance. An order confirmation confirms receipt of your order; shipping confirmation is sent separately.

Payment Issues

If your payment is declined, check your billing details or contact your bank or PayPal.

If you see a charge but have not received an order confirmation, contact us before submitting another payment so we can help check your order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy. Additional processing time may be required by your payment provider or bank.
