Superbox provides the hardware platform and a stable OS environment. As a hardware manufacturer, we do not host, provide, or pre-load any copyrighted content. Using our professional streaming media player is completely legal. We encourage all users to comply with local copyright laws and use authorized applications and services for their entertainment needs.
To ensure a smooth, buffer-free entertainment experience, we recommend a stable internet connection of at least 15 Mbps.
For High-Definition (HD) content, 15 Mbps is sufficient. However, for a seamless 4K/UHD experience and the highest bit-rate playback, a connection of 25 Mbps or higher is recommended. For maximum stability, we suggest using a wired Ethernet connection; if using Wi-Fi, ensure your router is within optimal range. Most streaming applications on the device allow you to adjust picture quality settings to match your current network speed.

To ensure the fastest speed and most reliable streaming experience, we recommend the following optimization steps:
1.Network Stability: For high-bitrate 6K/4K content, use a wired connection via the 1000Mbps Ethernet port. If using Wi-Fi, ensure you are connected to a 5G/Wi-Fi 6 signal for minimal interference.
2Regular Updates: Periodically check for OTA firmware updates and app enhancements in the system settings to keep your Android 12 environment running smoothly.
3.Storage Management: Use the built-in cleanup tools to clear cached data and unused files. This maximizes the efficiency of your DDR memory and internal storage.
4.Power Cycle: Occasionally restarting your device can help clear background processes and refresh system resources.
Open Settings: On the home screen, navigate to the Settings icon (usually represented by a gear ⚙️ icon) and click OK on your remote.
Select Network: Choose Network & Internet from the menu.
Enable Wi-Fi: Ensure the Wi-Fi toggle is switched to the ON position.
Connect to Network: Select your preferred Wi-Fi network from the list of available connections.
Enter Password: Type in your network password using the on-screen keyboard, then select the Enter/Connect arrow.
You may use the SuperBox remote to operate your TV, so you won’t need two remotes when watching. At the top of the SuperBox remote, there are four buttons that have been marked in white, which you may use to operate your television.
Hold the white power button in the highlighted area until it begins to blink, then hold it until the red light stays on.
Aim your TV remote at the SuperBox remote and press the function button on the TV remote that you want to configure (such as the power button).
Press the same button on the SuperBox remote (press the power button while holding the power button on the TV remote), and the red light should flash three times and remain highlighted if the function has been copied.
Simply repeat the process to program other buttons (often two volumes up, down, and another random button).
If programming fails, the red indication light will blink five times, and you will need to start it again.
When you’ve finished programming, simply press any buttons outside the white line to exit the programming mode; the indicator light should turn off.

Preparation: Insert two AAA batteries into the remote and ensure your SuperBox S5 Max is powered on.
Enter Pairing Mode: Keep the remote within 10 inches of the box. Press and hold the [OK] and [Return] buttons simultaneously until the indicator light begins to flash.
