• Open Settings: On the home screen, navigate to the Settings icon (usually represented by a gear ⚙️ icon) and click OK on your remote.
  

• Select Network: Choose Network & Internet from the menu.
  

• Enable Wi-Fi: Ensure the Wi-Fi toggle is switched to the ON position.
  

• Connect to Network: Select your preferred Wi-Fi network from the list of available connections.
  

• Enter Password: Type in your network password using the on-screen keyboard, then select the Enter/Connect arrow.

You may use the SuperBox remote to operate your TV, so you won’t need two remotes when watching. At the top of the SuperBox remote, there are four buttons that have been marked in white, which you may use to operate your television.

Hold the white power button in the highlighted area until it begins to blink, then hold it until the red light stays on.

Aim your TV remote at the SuperBox remote and press the function button on the TV remote that you want to configure (such as the power button).

Press the same button on the SuperBox remote (press the power button while holding the power button on the TV remote), and the red light should flash three times and remain highlighted if the function has been copied.

Simply repeat the process to program other buttons (often two volumes up, down, and another random button).

If programming fails, the red indication light will blink five times, and you will need to start it again.

When you’ve finished programming, simply press any buttons outside the white line to exit the programming mode; the indicator light should turn off.

To open Google Assistant on Superbox S5 Max:

First, connect the remote control to Superbox S5 Max.

Then, say “Google Assistant” while holding down the button with the microphone icon.

Three choices will be visible to you:

First, sign in with your Google account. You may log in if you have a Google account.

Option two: Proceed without logging in with a Google account. Select the second option if you don’t want to log in or if you don’t have a Google account.

The third choice is to skip.

Finally, to check that you have successfully linked Google Assistant, press and hold the microphone icon button while saying “Google Assistant” again.

If you hear Google Assistant speak to you, you have successfully launched and used the virtual assistant on the Superbox S5 Max.

If you still see the page with the three options above, select the second or third option to start using Google Assistant as soon as possible.

1. Preparation: Insert two AAA batteries into the remote and ensure your SuperBox S5 Max is powered on.
   

2. Enter Pairing Mode: Keep the remote within 10 inches of the box. Press and hold the [OK] and [Return] buttons simultaneously until the indicator light begins to flash.
   

3. Confirm Selection: Press the [OK] button; the red light will stop blinking once the remote enters pairing mode.
   

4. Finalize Connection: Navigate to [Settings] -> [Bluetooth] on your screen. Look for the device named “RC-200” to confirm it is successfully linked.
   

Troubleshooting: If you experience issues with voice search or connectivity, simply unpair the device in the Bluetooth settings and repeat the process. Once connected, you can use the microphone button for Google Assistant queries to find your favorite apps and content hands-free.

Organizing your preferred content is easy with the Superbox integrated media interface. To save a channel to your favorites for quicker access, follow these steps:

1.Open the Menu: While in the playback interface, press the [OK] button on your remote to display the channel list on the left side of your screen.

2.Select & Save: Scroll to your desired channel, then press and hold the [OK] button for 2-3 seconds.

3.Confirm: A star icon will appear or light up next to the channel name, indicating it has been successfully added to your Favorites section.

4.Quick Access: You can now find all your saved selections under the "Favorites" tab for a more personalized viewing experience.

The error code (202) typically refers to a device authentication or authorization issue within a specific application. As a hardware provider, we ensure all devices sold directly through our official website are fully authorized and ready for use.

• For Official Customers: If you purchased your Superbox directly from our website and encounter this message, please email us your Name, Order Number, and MAC Address. Our technical team will prioritize verifying your device's credentials to resolve the issue.
• For Third-Party Purchases: Please note that we can only provide technical support and warranty services for orders placed via our official store. If your device was purchased from another retailer, we recommend contacting that seller directly for authorization support.
• This policy ensures that all our customers receive genuine hardware and dedicated technical assistance.

• Clear Cache & Data: Navigate to [Settings] -> [Apps] -> [Google Play Store]. Select Clear Cache and Clear Data. Repeat this for Google Play Services.
• Verify Account: Ensure you are correctly signed into your Google Account. Sometimes removing and re-adding the account under [Settings] -> [Accounts] can refresh the connection.
• Check Network: Ensure your Time Zone is correct (as incorrect time can trigger 403 errors) and your internet connection is stable.
• Alternative Access: If the Google Play Store continues to have regional or account restrictions, you can use the pre-installed App Store on your Superbox to find and update your essential utility applications safely.

1. Refresh the Application: Exit the current media app completely. You can do this by pressing the [Return] or [Home] button and then clearing the app from the background.
2. Check Network Latency: Ensure your internet speed is sufficient for streaming. We recommend a wired connection via the 1000Mbps Ethernet port for maximum stability.
3. Clear Cache: Navigate to [Settings] -> [Apps], find the application you are using, and select Clear Cache. This removes temporary files that may be blocking the stream.
4. Reboot the Hardware: Power off your Superbox, unplug the power adapter for 30 seconds, and restart. This forces a fresh handshake with your router and the service servers.
5. Update Firmware: Ensure your device is running the latest version of Android 12 by checking [Settings] -> [System Update].

If you can see the interface and listings but the content fails to load, it usually indicates a network authentication or buffer synchronization issue. Please follow these technical steps to restore your connection:

1. Power Cycle Hardware: Shut down your Superbox and unplug your router for 30 seconds. Restarting both devices refreshes the IP assignment and clears temporary network congestion.
2. Reset Network Configuration: Navigate to [Settings] -> [Network & Internet]. Select your Wi-Fi network and choose "Forget Network." Then, reconnect by re-entering your password to establish a fresh handshake.
3. Optimize Connectivity: For high-definition 4K or 6K streaming, we strongly recommend using the 1000Mbps Ethernet port for a wired connection, or ensuring you are connected to a 5G Wi-Fi 6 signal to minimize interference.
4. Clear App Cache: Go to [Settings] -> [Apps], find the relevant media player, and select "Clear Cache" to remove any corrupted temporary data.
